Q&A

How long does it take to get my order?

Shop orders will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends).  We use USPS, so the average delivery time should be around 3 to 5 days.  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may take longer.  Once shipped, the customer will be provided a tracking number.

Do you have free shipping?

We provide free shipping to all shop orders within United States.  Custom and international orders are do not have free shipping.

What do I do if I receive an item and it is damaged?

We go to great lengths to ensure everything is packed safely for shipping, but we understand things happen.  If an item arrives damaged, simply take pictures of the damage, and email us at contact@wickedrevelrystudios.com.  Write "Damaged Item" in the subject line.  We will compare the provided pictures against the pictures we take of each item prior to shipping.  Once verified, we will notify you my email with return instructions.  Once we receive the damaged item we will repair or remake the item and get it out to you as soon as possible.

Can I request a custom build of something not in your gallery?

We will look at special requests on a case by case basis.  Send any special requests using the form on the page and we will notify you by email whether we can do the build.  Special requests will have a design fee applied.
